We've all had packages that didn't arrive on time or have even been lost by USPS. That is beyond our control. However, we can control our reaction. I've asked the buyer to retract this because we had no control over it. It could have happened to anything s/he bought from any seller and does not reflect the service WE provide as evidenced by our ship date for this and our feedbacks.
