My item was shipped and received within 3 days and packaged expertly, which was important because it is a 2008 Margaritaville maker. It arrived in its original box with all original packing and even receipt from Williams Sonoma and works perfectly.   Fantastic eBay experience! The items arrived incredibly well packaged—clearly a lot of care was taken to ensure everything was protected. And thank goodness they did, because the postal carrier dropped the package on my front porch even though it was clearly labeled fragile.
