  Seller listing stated item in sealed mint box in listing. Prior to shipping item seller notified me he would not ship in original sealed mint box and wanted to repackage item and wanted my approval before mailing and offered an immediate refund if I did not want repackaged item which I chose to accept refund which was issue immediately. Great communication with seller just wish he would have stated intent in listing on repackaging because I wanted original mint sealed item for collection.

  To clarify packaging issue: To ensure safe delivery, state quarter bags will be shipped outside of their original U.S. Mint boxes. This change was made after previous USPS issues where the noise from the coins led to package tampering and missing items. Repacking eliminates this noise and has resolved delivery problems.
