Order arrived after 12 days of order. I received 4 different arrival times and no tracking number. The order arrived on the last shipping day estimate but, 7 days after the first estimate. This appears to be an Amazon re-sell (and about twice the Amazon price). The item arrived in adequate packaging in good condition. Quality of product is typical for battery powered appliances. Seller communication was minimal but, covered the basics.
