Been a surprise with the unit charging. Not like other devices l have used in the past, but quick recovery. Seems to work fine altogether. We do have a 100% on time departure rate. Sometimes we use both the away mode and handling times to accurately represent how long it will take to ship. This is usually due to receiving high volumes of orders, but at the same time, ensure every item arrives in the time estimate given by eBay. We always follow up with members. When it isn't urgent/problematic, we may delay that, but any payment delays there are always in the member's favor!

I just seen the part where it was adverstised as $99 for the unlimited data hotspot router etc. My own doing for not being able to click it up to look at it closer. He was honest enough to tell me straight up before shipping that would have caused me great deal of headache. I can appreciate a honest businessman who trying to protect his business, but also protects his customers. Thank you
