  The phone was in good shape. However I experienced an accelerated power draw. They offered to replace, but I did not want to take a chance for another battery problem. I had a local shop replace with OEM battery, and all was well. Disappointed in the existing battery although they stated it was only used by one month. Value was reasonable and appearance was good.

  The product arrived promptly in new condition, with a complimentary phone case to boot! The phone itself is a great budget option with long battery life. Sadly, I will not be keeping it, as I started having issues maintaining 5G connectivity to the AT&T network after a few days. I believe this is because this specific model is not on AT&T's phone compatibility whitelist. Regardless, the seller was as helpful as they could be given the nature of this problem.
