  Item arrived on time but was not what I was after - this was no fault of the seller. On requesting return the return was approved promptly but the postage amount was removed as the seller advised the item was not returned in original condition even though it hadn't been opened. On querying the seller agreed to return the postage cost. I have provided a positive response but would highlight that I didn't expect this and I assume this was an oversight.
