  Unfortunately the item arrived broken, but these things happen. This was still a positive experience in my view, necause when I sent this seller a message explaining the situation with a picture of the remote, they quickly responded and offered a refund. As a seller myself I understand that returns are not a pleasant experience, but this seller handled it very professionally. I would gladly buy from them again.

  Upon receiving this package - appeared well packed for shipping. Shipped quickly, value for the Buy 2 Get 1 free worked out perfectly for me to acquire a few movies I hadn't yet quite had collected yet. This was the deal. All movies were indeed in like new condition. No smudges or anything on the discs. Would buy from this seller again.
