  Second time using "TapMagician" & another amazing service. I messaged seller, beforehand, to "double check" that I'd selected the correct items, from their e-bay shop. Prompt & friendly replies / comminications, from Naomi. Great customer service. Purchased on Sun, despatched on Mon & received, well packaged, on Tue. Both Tap Cartridge Valves fitted, within a few minutes. Simple job & cured our Franke Danube tap dripping immediately ! Thanks Naomi & "TapMagician" team. 5/5* & highly recomended.

  I live in an older property and, over the years, I have had reason to buy several new tap valves of on kind and another. TapMagician was the first seller of such things that I tried on ebay and I have never had reason to change. The advice on their website and here is very helpful (plumbing is a bit of a maze), prices are good, dispatch and delivery always very quick. I have just ordered another of the valves to which this review applies.

  I bought these for an elderly neighbour. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. Contacted the seller and a quick reply suggested I send the wrong cartridges back and they will send the smaller size cartridges upon reciept of the larger ones. 2 days after sending the wrong ones back, I received the correct smaller ones. I fitted to my elderly neighbours taps and they worked perfectly. So great quality, great communication, very helpful and quick despatch/delivery. Highly recommend this seller.

  The seller's communication has been excellent. Item was finally delivered today 48 hrs after Royal Mail said it had been delivered. Seller absolutely blameless for late delivery by courier. I would use this seller again.
