  ⛔After purchase, the seller advised that when checking the item for posting, the 'new in box' cow ornament was found to have sustained smashed legs. I was offered a different animal choice as no more of this item available, but it was this option I was looking for. It was disappointing that the box hadn't been opened by seller to check item ⛔prior to offering it for sale, but at least seller then refunded.

  We check all fragile items prior to dispatch that shows that we care our customers, would you rather receive a damaged item? Any responsible seller would assure the item is in perfect order before sending it surely!!!

  Great seller and honest lady. I was contacted by her to say she had checked the ornament before posting and it had a small chip on the ear and would we like a discount on price or money refunded.   Grey tall square planter is exactly as described, brand new. Arrived well packaged and in super fast time. This pot is well made looks good and value for money. This is my 4th pot, I now have, one at each corner of garden pergola with climbing plants and roses.
