This claim was also clearly visible in the product photos on his ad. However, upon receiving the product, I got the version works at 110V. When I contacted him, this miserable told me to buy an adapter. Obviously, what's needed isn't an adapter but a voltage converter 110v to 220v, that will require more effort and money because of this lying seller. SCAMMER!!!
