  This was an open box item, but was packed in the original box, in excellent condition. The only thing I didn't get with the amp, was the paperwork from the company that made it. Not a big deal, but would have been nice. Fedex kept telling me it would be delivered on a certain date, yet it never came on any of the days they said it would arrive. Not seller's fault. Seller shipped when they said. Amp works great!! Looks great! Not a bad price.

  Item arrived without Monoprice branding. Similar looking Chinese models sold under different brand on Amazon. Notified seller of my suspicions and started return (seller allowed returns). Did not accuse Seller of anything but Seller took return personally. Spammed me with 10 messages in 15 minutes, one line at a time. Wouldn't issue refund even 10 days after return arrived. Had to ask eBay to step in who issued refund immediately.

  Monoprice markets their video matrix products under the "Blackbird" name. You accused me of selling a fake Monoprice product without even looking up the product online.
