  I was sent a polyester saree instead a 100% silk as it was described. I got a refund very quickly and some apologies. I was given some explanations that have made me think it was really a mistake. I can understand not everything can be always under control selling second hand items. I didn t get my saree but I have got some valuable knowledge instead. Positive experience.
