After ordering a knife on eBay and having problems with it, I tried to contact the seller to resolve the problem. The response I received was so rude that I couldn't understand why that company was selling as much as I was seeing in their records of sales.
So I decided to start selling on eBay, and outdoor products and cutlery is something I love. Today, in Virginia, with 18 efficient employees and over 28,000 listings , our small business is the largest retailer of cutlery, self-defense, and outdoor products on eBay, and the one with the highest ratings in this field. All the time between 99.8% to 100% positive feedback.

I have an Ontario machete I purchased around 27 to 28 years ago, and the quality is just not the same. I'm not saying that it was junk, I just decided that it wasn't for me. The seller was great. I returned the item and the seller kindly accepted the return, and gave me a refund no questions asked. I still hopefully plan on purchasing from the seller in the future.
