    A slight bit more play in its hinge than, I assume, one would want in a "surgical instrument," but, if you're getting operated on by someone using this, you've go much bigger problems. Otherwise it seems perfectly okay, and it will all but ensure that you have the biggest "tool" on the work floor. ;-)
