  I bought a DVD box set and although I haven’t played one yet every other thing about the is excellent. If there is a problem playing them I will post again but it looked brand new to me so I don’t envisage any trouble. I was surprised at how quickly they arrived.

  I botched everything up on this order. Even purchased with my partner's account without realising it, so when the item was returned I thought I did not receive the remaining funds from the purchase. Due to the seller's amazing patience they provided the last digits of the account, which is when I realised it was purchased under my partners account, not mine. This seller should get 5 stars simply for having to deal with me. I hope Ebay reps realise the glitch was mine, and not the sellers.
