Extra packaging for added protection during shipment to include dividers to keep the items from shifting. As described by the seller and of great value.   I love this piece. It is so gorgeous. It arrived quickly, was packaged so well that even though it was breakable, it arrived in perfect condition! This seller answered every question quickly and sent me extra pictures. This seller is wonderful! Will definitely buy from her again!

  Seller was directly asked a question regarding size. Seller took a guess and provided a definitive answer. Based on the answer, the item was purchased & received. However, the answer was incorrect. Buyer was not pleased! Communication was exchanged and the matter was not resolved. Outside of that, item was priced fairly, shipped timely, packaged adequately but NOT received as described.
