  Exactly as described. Came packed in sturdy box, can't fault it. However Royal Mail's handling of 48 hour guaranteed delivery was appalling - they informed me they'd deliver 14th, I waited in all day with front door ajar, then at 4.30 received a text stating "Delivery failed, access denied"!! Took 2 phone calls (wait 25 mins for each) to be told that actually means delivery was not attempted! Then two failed delivery attempts (no time slot given) before it was left with my neighbour on 16th :-(

  I'm so sorry to hear that, it's appalling service! Usually Royal Mail are really good but when they're not they really let us all down. It's bad when you're told one delivery date and you wait in and nothing arrives, then a meaningless text which you have to then try and work out what it means. Many apologies, Sue

  Such a very helpful seller, my first parcel went missing for a few days so she sent a replacement package out to me but the original ones turned up at the same time. Royal Mail sent it to the other side of the country) 🫣🫣… but such a pleasure to do business with you and I will definitely be buying from you again..
