  Seller was very communicative. Accidentally dropped the phone on the way to shipping and immediately messaged me to ask if I wanted a refund or a discount. I probably wouldn't have known it even happened so I'm very appreciative of the honesty. The phone was great. It was for my dad and he loves it. Now my mom wants one just like it. The phone was in great condition despite the new scuff in the corner. With the discount it was an even better value.
