Unfortunately this part of the order was mailed in a separate package, presumably costing more to post, and this seemed to lead to confusion at the collection point. When I collected the first part they were unable to release this item as there was no barcode. I was then given an alpha code by eBay Customer Services but that didn't work either. The collection point handed the item over when I produced order copies and photo ID.
