  The postage was really quick and I think the packaging was sufficient unfortunately it was smashed on arrival. I think this was due to Royal Mail rather than anything else. It’s a gorgeous picture and the price was fantastic. It was as described bar the breaks from transit. Steve was really diligent and offered a partial refund for the breaks. Thanks again Steve and c’est la vie!

  A 5 star Ebayer for resolving an issue beyond either of our control. The parcel was sent with lots of packaging but sadly 1 of the 3 items was damaged in the post. I was happy with the items that weren't damaged so I didn't want a full refund as that's not fair on the seller. I hadn't personally come across this situation before but Steve was swift to resolve the issue in a way that we were both happy with. It's nice dealing with an understanding helpful Ebayer.
