  He said it was off center and it was for repair. I bought it for 40 bucks changed the bearing and it spun perfectly by hand. Put it in a car and it started smoking. Tried changing and swapping parts and nothing. It was total trash. Not 1 part of it was any good at all in any way. Don't buy from this guy because he's a scammer
