  The item pictured and advertised was off-white, but what I received was gray. I reached out to the seller, who did not offer a refund or a return. Simply a future discount for a product, which was useless because the seller stated they no longer had the item in the color that they were advertising. the only positive I have is that the item arrived quickly and was well-packaged as it was glass.

  I received the wrong item. The seller does say she won't take returns but this should not be the case when the wrong item is sent. Unfortunately, the seller did not respond to ebay or me regarding this mistake. As a positive, the package was wrapped with care & arrived in a timely manner. I did receive a total refund. However, I wish I got the item originally ordered to avoid this.
