After 10 days from purchase date, the seller sent me a message to say the item did not pass pre shipping inspection and was it ok to cancel my order as they could fulfil due to no stock or damaged item. I said ok and they followed up with a message telling me how to cancel (which i am fully aware how to do but not my issue to fix) instead of putting the true reason of cancellation they lied to save their seller points/status!
