Hello, Soup 2 Nuts 247 is a small family owned business, ran by my wife and I. We sell pretty much anything & everything, ranging from vintage to modern. Most items have been used, but occasionally there will be brand new items in the store. Items include but are certainly not limited to: collectibles, home goods, art, sporting goods, glassware, boardgames, puzzles, jewelry and so much more. I will ship everything ASAP, safely and sound. We will ship almost all items within 2 business days but on most occasions your order will ship within 1 business day. We do accept returns on most items, for most reasons.     Packaged wonderfully and arrived safely. Only concern would be the photos did not show a chip taken out and it was not mentioned anywhere on the listing. My bad for not asking the seller specifically if there were any chips in the two bottles (I am brand new to ebay), but their bad for not putting either photos and/or description including it. Buyers shouldn't have to message every seller they buy from to ask questions that should be very clear in the descriptions and photos.

    Seller was very responsive and packed the items very carefully. When one arrived damaged I received an immediate refund. Damage is always a risk with fine china so the prompt refund was greatly appreciated. Item was just as described and shipping cost was reasonable and fast. Great price too!

    I can’t say enough about this seller! They shipped the item right away, but it got lost in the mail due to no fault of the seller. During this time, the seller was so easy to communicate with- responding to my messages immediately, and worked hard at communicating with FedEx as to where the package could be and filing a lost claim. The package arrived 3 weeks after it was expected. The item was packed very securely for all that time in shipment and is as described. So happy with it! A++++
