    Seller printed ESE number then never shipped card. 2nd time this happened with this seller. No communication. No apologies. In my opinion, the worst ebay seller I have ever encountered in 25 years. Please review all of the negatives and neutral feedbacks to see what you are dealing with before purchasing. Pay the extra money to purchase elsewhere and do not support this seller . He will continue to provide negative experience whenever he wants. Do you think you are next--you could be?
