  The "new" curtains arrived with stains inside the unopened packaging, so they were not in the described condition. The seller apologized that he/she hadn't noticed the issue and refunded the order. Thank you!

  Listing was out of date and the seller didn't have the size I ordered. They contacted me quickly and offered either a size up or down but I was trying to replace an exact item that I love. Thankfully, I found an alternative but at the time of my order, I choose their listing over the only other one on Ebay due to a lower price so it was a very frustrating experience to think that I lost out on my only chance to replace it because of their outdated listing.
