  The vent covers arrived individually bagged and carefully packaged for international shipping. The package arrived early and was preceded with an accurate tracking number that provided perfect visibility. The vent covers were exactly as described and the quality and value was excellent.   Quality of product looks good, not packaged well enough to protect the carbon and ceramic parts of seal. The item was as a whole packaged well for postage. As per the description, thank you. PS I received a message that the package had been delivered when was not as we were home all day, no doorbell, no knock and there was no delivery, very poor on the couriers behalf!!

  My order was lost in Sydney! The seller sent a replacement and it has arrived and the colour is perfect and they are exactly as described.
