While the price is slightly higher than what’s offered at Nordstrom, the product itself met expectations. However, I would recommend improving the shipping presentation. The shoe box was taped directly without any outer packaging, which is not standard shipping etiquette and lacks professionalism. They were shipped in just the original shoe box, sealed with clear tape, with no outer protective packaging. I like to keep my shoes stored in their boxes, but this one arrived damaged and unusable. Better packaging would have made this a much better experience.
