  For reasons unbeknownst to either seller or self Canada Customs declined to clear this item - yet when I contacted them for explanation could not provide - said "is at the inspectors discretion" . Seller went out of way to attempt resolution - very very gracious of offering &. provided full refund. Sorry I couldn't receive the waterfall - but want to say that I would recommend this shop/seller as being very trustworthy, wish I could buy from - lucky to those who can.
