  Judy is truly amazing at customer service! She was able to get me a great price on this vase I've been wanting for a long time for my ivory crest set. Unfortunately we ran into a little shipping issue due to weather but she went out of her way to ensure the package arrived! Packing was perfection. It is EXACTLY as described! So thankful!! 🙂

  Item had undisclosed flaw - a front photo was not provided which would have shown but this view oddly wasn’t included and details stated item was in very good condition but no mention of flaw of missing paint. Also seller charged for Priority Mail but shipped cheaper ground method. Seller did issued refund difference in postage after I advised but was incorrect and only corrected after I pointed out (by a screen shot) the correct amount. Shouldn’t be this much work - not great experience :(
