They wanted to issue a refund and asked if I could confirm that I was ok with it. It's a shame that the item was found to be faulty, but at least the seller did not send it any way. Much appreciated for the sellers honesty.

I'd like to see every seller on Ebay go plastic-free as there are now amazing and affordable environmentally friendly materials available to replace plastic bags, padding and tape. I'd feel better about my purchase if I didn't end up having to bin so much packaging waste.
