I bought a snowboard that was listed as 156 cm. They accepted my offer and shipped it to me. I asked some questions and they were very responsive. When it arrived, it was packaged sufficiently and came in good condition, but it was actually a 151 cm, significantly shorter. I asked about a return, they accepted and gave me a full refund.
