    One glass was broken on delivery - no fault of the site, as the glasses were in their original packaging and were carefully packed with lots of loose fill chips. I contacted the site, provided a photo of the broken glass and they replaced this immediately. This was impressive service.

    What a fab company, I ordered different item from them 30 minutes apart and they packaged all items together and then refunded me one of the postage costs. Items received were top quality and great value for money. Really happy with my purchases and would buy from them again
