  I had a wonderful experience w/ Silverladder. After purchasing, I realized it was going to be sent to my address & I wanted it sent to another address as it was a gift. Silverladder contacted me in a timely manner, explained the process I needed to go through to cancel & repurchase as per Ebay's protocol. I followed the steps & I received a msg. stating it was going out in the mail to the new address! Great customer service!
