We bought two fusible switches in one transaction. One was in good condition, the 2nd was missing parts and had arc damage inside. Sigma promptly refunded the cost of damaged unit. They did not share any savings on combined shipping but took a loss when they refunded shipping on the damaged unit. I have bought from Sigma before and I can depend on them to provide good product at a reasonable price. Thank you.
