Advertised a new part. A used part was delivered. Promised me a 30 dollar refund and to source a part that would work. After waiting the part was not found and despite agreeing to refund the full amount thereafter if the part could not be found only a partial refund was done. The 30 dollar refund which was always separate and apart was now untruthfully added as part of the refund. There was communication and clear questions and answers. Why does a seller lie to its customers like this? Ebay help
