  Shipped reasonably quickly, but the tracking was wrong; it showed up several days after tracking said it was delivered; at least it made it to our house, I had been afraid it was delivered to wrong person. Anyhow, it was packed fine too, works good, thanks! A+++++++++++ eBay seller.

  Terrific experience. UPS delivered my package to someone else in parts unknown (photo on the porch was definitely not my porch, LOL) and the seller had a replacement shipment to me out the same day on an overnight service! Excellent, excellent customer care!!! Item itself (black scrabble pieces) exceeded my expectations in quality, too.

  I did not receive the package. The photo that the delivery person took is not a very good photo nor does it look like our porch. There are a couple of packages in the photo with one looking like it is in a container of some sort. I look at the USP site and it said to contact the seller to follow up on with they on this delivery. Please let me know what you find out as soon as possible. Thank you
