  There was a delay in receiving the product, but the seller was on top of it and kept me in the loop with each development regarding the shipment. They are very responsive and prompt in answering questions and concerns. The item had some scratches and marks on it, but the seller assured me that the item was sent without those scrand that might ve happened during shipment; this was evident by the multiple rips on packaging. Nonetheless, the seller gave me a partial refund for it, which was nice.

  Hi, pls contact us, we already started to solve the problem. The package was lost on the way to FedEx from the warehouse, we do have records of the package being shipped out of the warehouse. We contact you immediately after the package is abnormal, and then follow your request to refund the goods or resend the package. Resending the package requires reconfirming your address. Thank you for your understanding. Every Customer is guaranteed to have item arrived or his money back.

  Just a small complication in mailing but everything was just fine and cleared up. The seller stayed in contact with me to any issue I may have had was resolved until I received the item. And everything that was in that particular package for the honey bee Tools were all there and good shape thanks. I would order from these people again.

  Those sellers are scammers. I received a press machine from them and found oil leak in it and they refused to return it and they stopped answering me when I insisted on getting return. I ordered another one and found the same problem. Looking so cheap and value is so bad. Very bad quality and worst seller ever. All their products are damaged and they rely on eBay handles their cases in their favor. If I don’t get the item returned and get my refund will escalate that to attorney general.

  Hi, you ordered 1 in May and after using it for more than a month, you issue a return. We promptly responded and actively contacted the factory to help solve problem you mentioned. However, you refused to inspect item and identify problem and stopped responding to our emails. We were unable to contact you, so the solution was forced to be suspended. If item is bad, why you placed another order with doubt on item quality and seller service In August.
