  Packaging arrived squished, but not the seller’s fault. I blame whoever the delivery company was for that. Regardless, all items were in good condition despite one having a slight bend. No cosmetic damage. Items as described. Love then all! Thank you for the additions to my Sylus collection (:

  Not the same necklace as pictured. The one I received is still very pretty but I’m extremely disappointed right now. I’m not going to bother getting a refund, but do not buy this item.

  Arrived today 8/30/25. Button is in perfect condition and made of high quality material. Appearance of the button is pristine - new like in description. However, the card this item came with arrived with a bad crease that ruins it entirely, so future packaging should be a bit tougher. Overall am satisfied with my purchase. Thank you.

  the keychain looks great, it came in its original packaging there is a small but noticeable defect on the disc which is very disappointing considering the price.
