  Hi I received the package. Just fyi it was loosely packed. China and ceramics must be tightly packed in the box. It arrived chipped. I have saved the packaging to show you. It was moving in the box when it arrived. Please please please pack china and ceramics more densely.

  It was perfectly packed to prevent it from being broken. It was exactly as described and the seller was easy to work with. I received my purchase only a few days after our negotiation. I feel the seller did an amazing job!!

  Item arrived with a broken handle to one of the cups, it was packaged well so im not sure if damaged during shipping or something else happened. Seller did offer refund or a reduction of pricing to make it right so we kept hoping to fix otherwise it becomes a display. Just need to be careful with older vintage items
