  When you are paid for a shirt it should be your priority to get it in the mail a.s.a.p not wait until it's convenient for you the shirt was a b-day present and was delayed because of your incompetence

  You ordered the shirt on May 5th and I shipped it on May 9th - 4 business days. My listings ALL say very CLEARLY that I ship within 10 business days. If we are going to talk about incompetence let me explain to you that 4 is LESS than 10. I am astonished at how many customers can't be bothered to read the information in my listings and then blame me for their mistakes.
