  Great product and great seller. Upon recieving my machine and finding the contents of the box were not as advertised, I contacted the seller, they looked into it and found out that the spec had changed but offered to send me the hoop size I was expecting. It arrived the next day. Great customer service. Definitely but from them in the future

  My item arrived very quickly and well packaged - thank you. I bought this sewing machine for my daughter and she used it for the first time today. She said it is really easy to set up and use. It is as described - brand new. Communication was great and I highly recommend this seller.

  Brand new machine, delivered within 3 days, extremely well packaged and bolted to the pallet, very secure, wrapped in shrink wrap and under which was cardboard. Estimated delivery date spot on. This is an amazing machine and well worth the money paid, thank you, can’t wait to get sewing 🤩🥰 Will be a great machine for quilting as it has a long arm area, so when things get rolled up it’s far easier to sew.

  Arrived within estimated timeframe, tracking was none existent so didn't know exactly when it would be delivered. Packaged well, and the price was good when postage is taken into consideration. Haven't used it yet so can't comment on quality.
