  Item received was in perfect condition as expected. I was impressed with the quality of the cap and fast shipping. I was totally shocked when I received the damaged package. See attached photos.   I ordered two hats. Exactly as described, the hat looks new with durable embroidery and seems like it'll outlast my incredibly appreciative grandfather.
