  I would love to be able to rate this item but I still haven't received it, I ordered it on the 15th of September the seller sent a message saying it was shipped on the 17th of September once I reported that I did not receive it the seller updated that it was shipped on the 29th of September I still have not received my order I am very unhappy and I will very most likely never use that seller or ebay again

  The book arrived and is in new/excellent condition. Shipping is always slow to Hawaii unless items are sent via airmail - US Postal Service lets items shipped via ground shipping/media linger for quite some time at their San Francisco distribution point before shipping across the Pacific. I am learning to just be patient and can only blame the Postal service for delays of up to a month! Thank you for prompt shipping and for the excellent condition of the book.
