I unscrewed it to find out what was wrong, but the bottom right screw was broken, and the whole setup inside the tape was messed up, which meant, if I put the tape in my VCR the way it came, I would’ve damaged my VCR! But thankfully, I was able to swap the reels and label from that tape onto another, and it worked without any issues. The package also came untracked. I asked the seller why, and he did not respond. Beware of this seller.
