  Even though I ended up returning the purse as it was too big for my needs, I am giving this seller 5 star ratings as it was beautiful, and just as described. It was my error for not paying closer attention to the size of the bag which was pictured in the photos. The return was quick and easy with great communication between us. I can highly recommend this seller for these reasons.

  The seller shipped quickly and the cross stitch actually arrived a day before Fed Ex had estimated. The item was as described, including slight damage to the frame, and the colors were as shown on the photo, which is truly great. The picture was very well wrapped and did take a little time to open. All in all, a great experience with this order.

  I am so pleased with my experience with this seller~~the items were exactly as listed, and I couldn't be happier. They arrived so quickly, and I have to say, the best & most careful packaging I have ever had for a painting: padded so well & even extra cushioning added to the inset of the frame to protect the canvas.
