  Unit replaces my ebayed AD 500 that got weak in picking CD signal (returns no disk time after time) that it quit picking up Louder volume CD by Jason Aldean. Net says to clean the Lense Lazer or gently (burn out the Lazer if...) turn near by voltage adj (p cord pulled cover off). turned the voltage adj clockwise and the 3 clicking lazer eye lifts 1/8 " got weaker. Your unit arrived, well protected, but skipped a bit, Maxel cd/clean, still missing (Maxels method) , next day OK. Thank U
