  Card was defective and would not function in two different systems. I made the mistake of not installing it until two months after I received it, at which point the return window had closed. The ad had a generic image (1st photo). But the actual card I received (2nd photo) has a Lenovo FRU label (3rd photo). Per Lenovo, a Field Replacement Unit (FRU) is used to replace a defective part installed or attached to the computer.

  The card came out of a brand new sealed computer and you ordered the item 78 days ago which it was delivered 58 days ago. I have no idea what you did to the card during that time as it was functional before it left my hands.Also I already sent you a screenshot from Lenovo support confirming FRU labels are placed on NEW hardware to let the user know it is a serviceable part. What you are describing "FRU is used to replace a defective part" is not true at all.
