Had to get Ebay involved and got a refund. Not sure what was happening with this particular transaction but based on this I would not recommend buying from this seller. Very bad experience.

I wasn't able to track it because the tracking number provided showed it hadn't even left the facility, that it hadn't traveled anywhere. However it did arrive and I am using it. Overall good experience.. I was happy to have found a replacement remote for my older TV! I would buy from this seller again.
